I will forever say how special the first few days are with a new baby. There is a certain smell, a certain feeling, and it’s so overwhelming and such a blur.

Hospital newborn sessions, sometimes called Fresh 48, are photos done before you are discharged and after delivery. Delivering at home? No problem, we can do the same thing at your house!

This is the perfect time for siblings meeting baby for the first time, and trying to capture the essence of what this moment means.

A new person has been brought into the world, and the emotions and hormones are running high. As a Mom, I can tell you it’s hard to remember anything those first few days. It’s all moving so fast, and that is why I love these photos so much. They help piece together all the feelings you are being bombarded with. It also takes the pressure off of YOU, Mom (or Dad!) from having to take photos while managing feeding, changing, trying to get any sleep.
